DAYTON, Ohio – Avelo Airlines today announced Dayton, Ohio as the newest city in its network with exclusive nonstop service to Orlando’s most convenient airport, Orlando International Airport (MCO). With today’s announcement of exclusive nonstop service to Orlando, Avelo introduces a new era of affordable, convenient and reliable air travel to the Birthplace of Aviation. Avelo will operate this route twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays on Boeing Next-Generation 737s. The inaugural flight departs Friday, January 13. DAY-MCO departs at 4:15 p.m. and arrives at 6:30 p.m.; MCO-DAY departs at 12:00 p.m. and arrives at 2:15 p.m. Effective January 13 (Mondays and Fridays): DAY-MCO departs at 8:25 p.m. and arrives at 10:40 p.m.; MCO-DAY departs at 5:25 p.m. and arrives at 7:40 p.m.
