Ground Transportation

As easy as Dayton International Airport is to fly into or out of, ground transportation is just as easy. The simple Terminal Building layout and ground transportation services just a short walking distance away ensure a smooth transition from the air to the ground and vice versa.

The Dayton International Airport provides FREE shuttle service to and from the various Airport parking lots, including Long Term Blue, Economy and Overflow parking lots. Look for the DAYrider courtesy shuttle.

Taxi service is available by calling (937) 890-3217 or stopping by the Taxi Starter Booth located directly in front of the Terminal Building. Rental cars and other shuttle services are also available to get you where you need to be and back again as easily as possible.

RTA service took flight at the Dayton International Airport on August 11, 2013.  The new bus service   Route 43 is focused on several major work shifts at the Dayton International Airport, as well as Stonequarry Crossings on Peters Pike where the White Castle Distribution Center is located, Delphi Automotive Systems on Northwoods Blvd. and the Northwoods Business Park at Northwoods and Falls Creek Dr. in Vandalia.
